Event Listings

DanceLocally may display automatically generated or imported event listings. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all listing details are current or correct. Always verify event details with the organizer before attending.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that event information will always be accurate or up to date.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DanceLocally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or any harm resulting from attending an event listed on the platform.
